Limited Service Life Warranty

Define Your Hunt, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Define Your Hunt hunting saddle and its original components, as supplied by Define Your Hunt, LLC, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable service life of the product under normal, intended use, inspection, and proper care.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If Define Your Hunt, LLC determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a product or component contains a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, Define Your Hunt, LLC may, at its sole option:

• Repair the product or component; or
• Replace the product or component with the same product or a comparable product.

The remedy selected by Define Your Hunt, LLC shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This Limited Service Life Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's intended function.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, improper maintenance, or improper use.
• Damage caused by cuts, punctures, abrasion, excessive wear, UV exposure, chemicals, fire, or environmental conditions.
• Any product or component that has been subjected to a fall, shock load, impact load, or any event that causes the saddle or its components to arrest, support, or absorb the force of a user's fall or sudden loading, regardless of whether visible damage is present.
• Products that have been modified, altered, repaired, or disassembled by anyone other than Define Your Hunt, LLC.
• Products used with unauthorized or third-party ropes, carabiners, hardware, accessories, or other components not supplied or expressly approved in writing by Define Your Hunt, LLC.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the current Define Your Hunt, LLC instruction manual, warnings, inspection requirements, or safety procedures.
• Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty consideration, the original purchaser must contact Define Your Hunt, LLC and provide proof of purchase along with photographs or other information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim. Define Your Hunt, LLC may require the product to be returned for inspection before making any warranty determination.

All warranty claims will be evaluated by Define Your Hunt, LLC. The determination of whether a product or component is covered under this Limited Service Life Warranty shall be made solely by Define Your Hunt, LLC, whose decision shall be final.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in this Limited Service Life Warranty, Define Your Hunt, LLC makes no other express warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Service Life Warranty.

In no event shall Define Your Hunt, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

This Limited Service Life Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
